The authorities of Abkhazia assert that high-ranking officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Georgia organized the terror act in the city of Gali on July 6, where four persons fell victim.
"It was established during the investigation that high-ranking officials of Georgian MIA were the organizers of the terror act in Gali, where four persons were lost. We know their particular names," Ruslan Kishmariya, plenipotentiary envoy of President of Abkhazia in the Gali District, has stated today.
"Now we establish direct executors of the explosion in the cafe, therefore, in the interests of the investigation I'll not disclose the names of the organizers so far," the "Interfax" quotes Mr Kishmariya as saying.
Presently, there is no reaction of Tbilisi to this statement.
