Azi Albakov: search in my house was not sanctioned

The search, which was conducted by employees of unidentified power agencies in the household of the member of the alternative parliament "National Assembly of Ingushetia" Azi Albakov, was not duly sanctioned. The MP himself told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent about it.

On November 3, at about 6:10 a.m., power agents in the number of about 300 persons rushed into House No. 10 Internatsionalnaya Street in the city of Nazran. According to Azi Albakov, all of them, except for one agent, were in masks; they behaved extremely roughly and defiantly, abused the politician and members of his family in every possible way. No search warrant was presented, and no explanations of the reasons of the action were given.

"One armoured troop-carrier (ATC) rammed the gate of the back yard, another one - the front gate. Power agents broke into the house without any explanations. The house was surrounded by nine ATCs, seven 'Gazel' cars and two UAZ vans, apart from the transport vehicles left in adjacent streets. They drove my little daughter, wife, niece and son half-dressed out of the house and forced them stand at the fence," Mr Albakov said. "They offended my relatives and me every time, when I tried to ask them who they were and what the reason of their intrusion was."

"They turned the house all over. I don't know what they looked for, but they found nothing. Among them, one was without mask. He looked more decent, at least, behaved not so violently as the others. I asked him where they came from. He said: 'From the FSB.' Another man in mask corrected him saying: 'GRU Lieutenant Colonel.' Judging by their conversation and accent, they were not Ingushes or Ossetians, most likely Russian," the deputy of the alternative parliament told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

According to Azi Albakov, he is not going to submit a complaint to law enforcement bodies. "I think it's useless. It'll make nothing, as it ever made in Ingushetia," he said.
