I'm Belyaeva Oksana Ivanovna, I live in Sochi. My family with many children (three minors) was left homeless after fire had destroyed our house on May 25, 2015. Appeals for help to the City Mayor don't reach the Mayor. Appointments are being redirected to other agencies and neither of them responds.
