Court judgement to amnesty the militiamen figuring in the case of Beslan terror act was announced in the absence of victims and defendants

For the second time today, the victims have disrupted the announcement by the court of its judgement on the amnesty petition filed by three militiamen accused of negligence in the case of Beslan terror act. They were indignant at the judge's double attempt to announce the judgement in the absence of the defendants.

Susanna Dudieva, Chair of the Public Committee "Beslan Mothers," has stated in her interview to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that until now the victims acted under the law, but now the justice pushes them into lawlessness.

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports: "Finally, Judge Besolov failed to announce the court judgement, since the defendants never appeared at the courtroom. The victims have just smashed all the windows of the court building."

Meanwhile, the "Gazeta.Ru" correspondent reports from the courtroom that the Beslan court has just announced its judgement to amnesty the former commanders of the Pravoberezhny ROVD (District Militia Unit) - head Miroslav Aidarov and his deputies Taimuraz Murtazov and Guram Dryaev.

According to his story, two television groups were invited into a separate court session room, where in the absence of the victims the judgement was announced to cancel the freedom restriction measure imposed in the form of the recognizance not to leave. Thus, the women who had started to destroy the court premises earlier have remained in the corridor and other rooms and could not hear the announcement.
