The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports that the court session on the case of the employees of the Pravoberezhny ROVD (District Interior Unit) accused of criminal negligence entailing mass death of people during the act of terrorism in Beslan School was postponed till Tuesday, May 29, because of the judge's illness.

The "Kommersant" writes that the proceedings on the case of Miroslav Aidarov, former head of the Pravoberezhny ROVD, and his deputies Guram Dryaev and Teimuraz Murtazov, began back last March. Since then, the court has heard to evidences of the victims, ROVD workers and a number of employees of the Republic's Ministry of Internal Affairs, which, in the opinion of Beslan residents, made it possible to reveal new circumstances that had entailed mass capture of hostages.
