"Voice of Beslan" challenges the court
Today, the sitting of the Pravoberezhny Court of North Ossetia to consider the administrative charge against the All-Russian Public Organization "Voice of Beslan" did not take place. Ella Kesaeva, the leader of the organization, has challenged the composition of the court.
"I have put forward a petition to summon Judge Tavitov, who had accused us of beating him, to the courtroom as a witness. But my petition was rejected without any explanations. I was told that a judge cannot be asked questions do not set," Ella Kesaeva told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
Ms Kesaeva has stated that she does not trust Judge Zarina Archegova and challenged the composition of the court.
