European Parliament scarifies Russia for abuse of human rights

Today, members of the EU Parliament have criticized the violations of human rights in Russia, Iran and China and demanded that the EU Government should raise this issue at cooperation negotiations in Moscow.

Besides, the Deputies have mentioned poisoning of the FSB ex-officer Alexander Litvinenko and the way they treat Mikhail Khodorkovskiy in his custody, the Reuters reports.

We remind you that the "Caucasian Knot" informed earlier that President of Finland Tarya Halonen, then the head of the European Union, treated the situation with the murders of Anna Politkovskaya and Alexander Litvinenko to be a concern.
