Mutsolgov: murder of ex-head of Ali-Yurt village in Ingushetia is non-standard

The murder of Magomed Albogachiev, former head of Ali-Yurt village, Ingushetia, differs from other murders of officials, from time to time committed in the Republic. This was stated by Magomed Mutsolgov, head of the human rights organization named "Mashr".

"Magomed Albogachiev was first kidnapped. It means that they wanted something from him," Mr Mutsolgov has explained his viewpoint to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

Former colleagues of the casualty assure that Albogachiev had no enemies. "He had no relatives among militants and he wasn't engaged in any business," said Lyubov Zurabova, office manager at the administration of the Nazran Dsitrict.

A criminal case was initiated on the fact of the incident. The inquiry is conducted by the Nazran Inter-District Investigatory Division for Ingushetia of the RF's Investigatory Department. "It's too early to talk results," the Division reports.
