Grozny Mayoralty's call to tolerate water outages outrages social network users

The Grozny Mayoralty has called on townspeople to endure water outages that accompany repairs of water supply networks. Shutdowns occur without warning and for a long period of time, Instagram* users have expressed their outrage.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that regular power (electricity) outages and voltage surges result in breakdowns of household appliances and incur additional costs, residents of Chechnya have complained.

They have also repeatedly complained about interruptions in water supply and indicated in July 2022 that complaints about water outages brought no fruit.

The Grozny Mayoralty has called on townspeople to "show understanding and patience" during repairs of infrastructure facilities, which are "often accompanied" by water supply outages, the "Chechnya Today" News Agency has reported.

"They say for six hours, and it turns out that they cut water off for three days! Where should we take patience and water?" the Instagram* user badmadina has asked.

"The heating is cut off along with water," the user akhmatova.wb.ozon.kiz has added.

"We've been tolerating it for 20 years," the user ram150000 was indignant. "These repairs never end," the user fearlessness_tm has complained.
