Picketer detained in Tyumen after criticizing Kadyrov
In the city of Tyumen, law enforcers have detained a man who was holding a poster criticizing and accusing Ramzan Kadyrov.
The detainee was walking through the city with a poster containing criticism and accusations against Kadyrov, a source has reported. "The man has been detained. The motives for his action are currently being clarified," the "Ura.ru" quotes the source as saying.
According to the source, the detainee is 31 years old and has not been seen earlier in protest actions, the "72.ru" outlet writes.
