Didigov, suspect in "Neva-Express" case, arrested again

The prosecutor's office has re-arrested Khasan Didigov, a suspect of blowing up the "Neva-Express" train who was released today, as his advocate Murad Yunusov has reported.

According to Mr Yunusov, his client right after receiving the inspector's decision on his release under the case of blowing up the "Neva-Express" train was arrested again as a suspect in another case.

"Now he is not only a suspect in the terror act case, but also a figurant in the old case about robberies, and in this capacity he will now stay behind the bars," the RIA "Novosti" is quoting advocate Yunusov.

He has emphasized that he will continue defending Didigov in the litigation process. According to Murad Yunusov, he had anticipated this course of events. Earlier, he already expressed his opinion that the "investigation needs to always have Didigov at hand."
