Swiss court decides to release Vitaly Kaloev

The court of the Swiss canton of Zurich has made a decision on early release of Vitaly Kaloev, a resident of North Ossetia, who is serving his term for murdering Peter Nielsen, an air traffic controller from the SkyGuide Company.

This news was reported today by the Swiss News Agency. However, Public Prosecutor Ulrich Weder has already filed an appeal against this decision to the Federal Court of Switzerland. Save for this public prosecutor's appeal, Mr Kaloev could have left prison already next Friday, on August 24, the Agency reports.

So far, it was not possible to confirm this information neither from the accusation, nor from the Kaloev's defence, the RIA "Novosti" informs.
