MMA fighter promises Mercedes for subscribing to Kadyrov on Instagram*
In his Instagram* blog, Askhab Tamaev, a Chechen MMA (mixed martial arts) fighter, has announced a lottery with a car and an 15 iPhones as prizes among those who will subscribe to the accounts of Ramzan Kadyrov and his entourage.
In October 2020, the rapper Morgenstern** said that he had received 400,000 roubles for promoting on the Instagram* of each account of Ramzan Kadyrov's family members, and of his entourage. Morgenstern encouraged his many followers to subscribe to these accounts in order to participate in the draw of a car.

The promotion of accounts of Kadyrov and his family members on the Instagram* has to do with the ambitions and desire of the head of Chechnya to increase his popularity, human rights defenders and bloggers have pointed out.
