Practice of apologizing to Kadyrov leads to TNT parody

Participants in a humorous show on the TNT TV Channel have reacted to the practice of public apologies widespread in Chechnya by staging an apology of a dog that barked at the Chechen leader. Internet users have found the miniature to be unsuccessful.

On October 18, a fragment of the humorous show "Game" staged by the TNT appeared on the "Nebozhena" Telegram channel. The video has parodied an apology to Ramzan Kadyrov.

"Imagine a dog that barked at Ramzan Kadyrov is apologizing," one of the "Astana" team members says. Then, another comedian imitates a dog trying to apologize, while the other is as if filming the scene. It is difficult for the dog to apologize.

Let us remind you that in December 2017, threats to the actors of the "Comedy Woman" were voiced out in social networks after a scene was staged, where an actress played a girl from Ingushetia who works for an escort agency. After that, the Comedy Club Production and the actress, Ekaterina Skulkina, apologized.

On December 11, 2017, a group of natives from Northern Caucasus blocked the office of the TNT TV Company.

Employees of Comedy Club Production said the joke was inappropriate, possibly after they recalled the repeated cases of apologies to Kadyrov, said Alexander Verkhovsky, the director of the "Sova" Human Rights Centre. "Undoubtedly, the visit of a group of angry men to the TNT building could scare the producers," he said.

In his turn, Victor Militarev, a vice-president of the Institute for National Strategy, expressed the opinion that the Comedy Club Production had hastened to apologize.
