Parents of the person declared by the "MK" a participant of Beslan school seizure will suit the paper

The parents of Ruslan Demilkhanov, whose photo was published by the "Moskovskiy Komsomolets" ("MK") in an article stating that he was the 33rd militant, allegedly attracted by Yunus Matsiev to Beslan school capture on September 1, 2004, have promised to move to court on collection of moral damage from the "MK" and to send a letter to the paper. Ruslan Badalov, president of the Chechen Committee for National Salvage (CCNS) told about it to the correspondent of the "Caucasian Knot."

The Demilkhanovs refute the assertion presented by observer of the "MK" Vadim Rechkalov in the article "33rd Beslan Militant" and allegedly expressed by Yunus Matsiev in the forum of the web-site kavkazchat.com on March 6, 2005, that Ruslan Demilkhanov pictured in the photo placed by the paper was "a good sniper."

The human rights activists have failed so far to find any new information on the fate of Yunus Matsiev who was named by the parliamentary commission for investigation of Beslan events to be a linkman of the militants who captured the Beslan school and who disappeared, according to the data of his relatives and human rights defenders, at night from June 1 to 2, 2005.
