From September 28 to October 4, no victims of armed conflict in Northern Caucasus were recorded

During the week from September 28 to October 4, 2020, no events related to the armed conflict in Northern Caucasus were recorded; there were no casualties or wounded ones. These are the results of the calculations run by the "Caucasian Knot" based on its own materials and information from other sources.

It should be noted here that this is the fourth week in a row when there are no reports of casualties, clashes and special operations in Northern Caucasus.

The latest data on the victims of the conflict came on August 26. On that day, in the Ingush village of Ali-Yurt, law enforcers blocked the house in which, according to their data, militants had taken refuge. After the shootout, one of the people in the house detonated an explosive device and died. The second alleged militant managed to escape. Law enforcers and civilians did not suffer.

A week earlier (on August 17-23), at least seven people suffered: five alleged militants were killed and two law enforcers were wounded during an armed clash in Ingushetia.
