Kadyrov responds to posts about Chechen Deputy Prime Minister allegedly infected with coronavirus

In response to posts about the alleged hospitalization of Chechen Deputy Prime Minister Abuzaid Vismuradov, Ramzan Kadyrov has announced that the Deputy Prime Minister is in a good health.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that over the past two weeks, Ramzan Kadyrov has twice refuted reports claiming his own illness.

The "112" Telegram channel disseminated the information reporting that Abuzaid Vismuradov had been diagnosed with pneumonia.

Abuzaid Vismuradov, also known as Patriot, is a Ramzan Kadyrov's childhood friend, a former personal guard of the leader of Chechnya.

Instagram users have condemned those who disseminated the information about the Abuzaid Vismuradov's illness.

"If a man does not appear on social networks or on the TV Channel, then he may be in hospital. I wonder why some people believe the above statement is logical?" wrote user heroes_of_chechnya.

Earlier, social network users have also expressed their concern that on May 19 and 20, contrary to custom, the daily reports on the situation with the spread of the coronavirus infection were read out not by Elkhan Suleimanov, Chechen Minister for Public Health. After a two-day break, Elkhan Suleimanov appeared on the air and explained his absence in public by the "peak of the pandemic."
