Social network users support appeal to Kadyrov about detention of Chechen resident
A mother of Magomed Khaikharoev from the village of Assinovskaya, who was detained by law enforcers more than four months ago, has appealed to Ramzan Kadyrov. The woman has requested the leader of Chechnya to release her son. Instagram users supported the appeal of the woman.
On April 27, an audio message to Ramzan Kadyrov was posted in the public account "Chechnya" on Instagram. The woman who voiced the appeal introduced herself as the mother of Magomed Umarovich Khaikharoev. "After keeping him for two months at a police station of the Zavodskoi District in the city (of Grozny) they transferred him to Sernodovsk and have been keeping there for more than two months. I was suffering, and every day I hoped that the problem would be solved on the other day ... I need your help," says the woman in her appeal to the leader of the Chechen Republic as translated from the Chechen language by the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
In her audio message, the woman explained that her son "was really helping" her at home with caring about an adult disabled sister.
By 1:55 p.m. Moscow time, the appeal gained over 9500 views, and 81 comments were posted under it. In their comments, social network users supported the woman's appeal. "Please do not ignore the woman's appeal, Ramzan Akhmatovich. Please listen to her for the sake of Allah," wrote, in particular, user chani_123456.
User khalid_rus asked why the woman's son was taken into custody. "The reason is unknown. He is a good brother. He adheres to a healthy lifestyle, and all the acquaintances describe him in a positive way," replied user strannik__0006. "He is my close friend. He is a good guy, and he has not inflicted any harm to anyone," wrote user hamza_2.2.
Today, fellow villagers of the Khaikharoev family have confirmed that earlier, the law enforcement bodies had no claims against Magomed Khaikharoev. "There had been no complaints against him earlier," the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told, in particular, by Adam, a resident of the Bamut village.
