November 18-24 week passed without victims of armed conflict in Northern Caucasus

Disappearance of native of Chechnya
On November 21, it became known that Azamat Ibragimov, a native of Chechnya, who had come to Chechnya with his mother from Canada, on November 8, was taken away by unidentified persons right from home; and since then, relatives knew nothing about his whereabouts. Later, a video was posted, in which Azamat Ibragimov, while walking along Grozny, tells to the camera that "everything is good in Chechnya" and urges critics of the Chechen authorities to "calm down." However, Ibragimov did not contact his relatives; therefore, Instagram users suspected that Ibragimov was filed against his will, noting his atypical clothes and manner of speech. On November 22, Akhmed Dudaev, the head of the "Grozny" ChGTRK (Chechen State TV and Radio Company) unveiled a video with Ibragimov, which states that nobody had kidnapped him, and he decided to stay in Chechnya.
