Tumso claims approval of Islam Kadyrov's brutality by Chechen minister

Isa Ibragimov, Chechen Minister for Youth Affairs, in his comments on the apologies of Islam Kadyrov, a former Mayor of Grozny, has in fact justified the use by the latter of an electric shocker (stun gun) against detainees, the blogger, Tumso Abdurakhmanov, has stated.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 24, the "Grozny" TV Channel released video fragments in which Islam Kadyrov, then the mayor of Grozny, was threatening residents of the capital of Chechnya with reprisals and using an electric shocker against a woman. On November 3, Islam Kadyrov publicly recognized his treatment of detained Grozny residents as "inadequate and inappropriate," explaining his behaviour by consequences of his serious traumas.

Islam Kadyrov commented on his brutal actions against Grozny residents in an interview taken live on the Instagram by Chingiz Akhmadov, a journalist of the "Grozny" ChGTRK (Chechen State TV and Radio Company).

"For scammers even stun guns are not enough," wrote the Instagram user isa_k669ra in his comment to the interview.

The blogger, Tumso Abdurakhmanov, drew attention to this comment in his Telegram channel ABU SADDAM SHISHANI. The blogger claims that the words belong to Isa Ibragimov, Chechen Minister for Youth Affairs.

"And this is a comment from the current Kadyrov's Minister for Youth Affairs. This is how he 'condemns' the torture against women used by Islam Kadyrov," wrote Tumso Abdurakhmanov.
