Detentions in KBR and Dagestan

On September 27, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) reported that nine persons were detained in the Moscow Region, Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR) and Dagestan on charges of financing a terrorist organization.
