Law enforcers detain two residents of Dagestan

In the Khasavyurt District, law enforcers have detained two men for keeping firearms.

Both men were detained in the village of Pokrovskoye. During a search at the residence of a 25-year-old villager, they found a pistol converted for firing live ammunition and a grenade were seized, the "Interfax-South" reports with reference to the Dagestani Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).

"Another 25-year-old resident of the same village was detained as an accomplice in committing the crime. According to the available data, in 2016, he was convicted by the North-Caucasian District Military Court under the articles of a terror act, inciting hatred or enmity, and humiliation of one's human dignity," the "Interfax-South" quotes the press service of the MIA.
