Ramzan Kadyrov responds to Grozny boy's complaint about problems with water

Ramzan Kadyrov drew the attention of the Grozny Mayor to a video appeal shot by a boy who complained on Instagram that he had hot water running from two taps.

On December 25, the video was posted on the page of the Chechen leader on the social network VKontakte. "Vodokanal, immediately ensure for me cold water running from one tap and hot water from the other, otherwise I'll complain to Ramzan Kadyrov Jr.," the child expressed his indignation at the video.

Ramzan Kadyrov drew the attention of Grozny Mayor Ibragim Zakriev to the video and joked about how harshly the child expressed his claims.

"Oh, there is such an angry Chechen blogger! Ramzan Kadyrov has heard your appeal. And I wonder whether Grozny Mayor Ibragim Zakriev heard the appeal?" wrote Ramzan Kadyrov.

On the same day, a video appeared in the child's Instagram account in which the boy noted that "today, Ramzan Kadyrov Jr. had made him happy" and "fulfilled all his dreams," and the Mayor of Grozny had presented him a radio-controlled car.

Social network users have noted that the child is a relative of a top-ranking Chechen official.
