Body of a female suicide bomber in Grozny not given out to her mother

The body of Karina Spiridonova, who blew herself up in Grozny, was not given out to her relatives for burial, reported sources. The mother of Karina Spiridonova believes that her daughter was forced to commit a suicide bombing by threats to harm her children.

According to the law enforcement bodies, on November 17, a woman committed a suicide bombing in the Staropromyslovsky District of Grozny. The suicide bomber was identified as Karina Spiridonova, a 25-year-old native of Adygea, who lived in Dagestan.

On November 19, the Chechen authorities declared that the woman had been recruited by the "Islamic State" (IS) banned in Russia. It is unlikely that the IS will confirm the version, believe analysts interviewed by the "Caucasian Knot".

Till present, the body of Karina Spiridonova has not yet been given to her mother from a morgue in Grozny, reported sources from the Chesmensky District of the Chelyabinsk Region, where the female bomber was registered.

The Karina Spiridonova's mother reported that because of family conflicts, her daughter had fled to Dagestan with two children, but she was found and taken to Chechnya, while her children were taken away from her.

Alana Korobova, who studied with Karina Spiridonova at one university, said that she attended nightclubs and led a loose lifestyle, but then suddenly went to religion, the newspaper "Novaya Gazeta" reports.
