Two North-Ossetian residents suspected of involvement in Syrian militants

The FSB has put two women-residents of North Ossetia, who, according to law enforcers, went to Syria and are fighting for terrorist organizations, on the wanted list.

"The FSB is searching for two residents of North Ossetia – a 33-year-old G. Marzoeva and a 28-year-old O. Bichenova, for their involvement in international terrorist organizations banned in Russia," the FSB has reported.

The women voluntarily joined the militants and are actively participating in the warfare in Syria, the TASS reports with reference to the FSB (Federal Security Bureau).

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 18, a resident of the Stavropol Territory, who was detained on the border with Georgia, was sentenced to four years in prison.
