In April 2018, 16 people fell victim to armed conflict in Northern Caucasus

In April 2018, at least 16 people fell victim to the ongoing armed conflict in Northern Caucasus. Of them, 15 were killed and another was wounded. These are the results of the calculations run by the "Caucasian Knot" based on its own materials and information from other open sources.

In April 2018, in Dagestan, 14 people fell victim to the armed conflict. Of them, 13 were killed and another was injured. During special operations and as a result of an attack committed by unidentified persons, 13 persons were killed, according to the law enforcement bodies, connected with the activities of the armed underground. A policeman was injured in an armed clash.

In Chechnya, a civilian was killed after the detention by law enforcers.

In the Stavropol Territory, a suspected member of the armed underground was killed during a special operation.

In April 2018, in Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Karachay-Cherkessia, and in North Ossetia-Alania, no victims to the armed conflict were registered.
