Azerbaijan registers 91 cases of shelling in conflict zone

Over the past day, units of the Armenian armed forces 91 times violated the ceasefire in various directions of the front.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 25, Azerbaijan registered 82 cases of shelling over the day. Earlier, Nagorno-Karabakh has claimed 250 cases of shelling from the Azerbaijani side in the period from September 15 to 22.

On September 25-26, the positions of the Azerbaijani army were shelled 91 times. The fire came from the villages of the Terter, Khodjavend, Fizuli, Jebrail, Goranboy, and Agdam Districts, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) for Azerbaijan reports on its website.

The ceasefire announced in April 2016 after the escalation of the Karabakh conflict did not actually stop the confrontation. In the conflict zone, shelling occurs every day during two years, as follows from the infographics "Nagorno-Karabakh after the truce: a two-year war" posted on the "Caucasian Knot".
