Nagorno-Karabakh blames Azerbaijan for breaching OSCE's monitoring terms

The OSCE mission failed to register any ceasefire violations, the parties to the conflict have stated. However, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Nagorno-Karabakh reproached Azerbaijan for not taking observers to its forefront.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the parties to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict are regularly blaming each other for violating the ceasefire. Thus, today Azerbaijan has reported 81 shelling episodes from the Armenian side. On July 7, Nagorno-Karabakh accused Azerbaijan of 155 bombardments of its militaries during the week of July 1-7.

Today, the OSCE mission has conducted its planned monitoring mission of the ceasefire on the road section of Akna (Agdam)-Barda, the Nagorno-Karabakh's MFA has reported.

"The monitoring of the compliance with the ceasefire, held on July 10 at the contact line of Azerbaijani and Armenian troops, in the direction of the Agdam District, in accordance with the mandate of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office's Personal Representative, ended without incidents," the website of the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry reports.
