Nikol Pashinyan calls on people to temporarily unblock Yerevan streets

Today, Armenian MP Nikol Pashinyan, the leader of the protest movement, has called on his supporters to stop blocking the streets in Yerevan in order to restore normal traffic and avoid provocations.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that today, numerous supporters of Nikol Pashinyan, the leader of the oppositional "Elk" bloc, started a protest action in Yerevan and began blocking the streets.

Nikol Pashinyan has justified his call to temporarily suspend the blocking of streets in Yerevan by the need to observe the order.

"We should not block the streets anymore. We need to restore normal traffic. We should pay close attention to cases of violation of order and stop the actions of drivers with cars bearing no state registration numbers. The order is most important," Nikol Pashinyan told the demonstrators, who blocked one of the avenues in Yerevan, as quoted by the "Interfax".
