Azerbaijan reports 109 bombardments during 24 hours

On January 24 and at night on January 25, the ceasefire regime was violated from the territories of both Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD) has stated.

According to the MoD, there were 109 shelling episodes during 24 hours. In particular, from the Armenian dwelling settlements of Paravakar, Mosesgekh, Chinari and Aygedzor, they shelled the Azerbaijani positions stationed in the villages and on the nameless heights of the Agstafa, Gazakh, Tovuz and Gedabek Districts.

Also, shelling was recorded from the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh villages.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on January 24, Azerbaijan accused Armenia of 120 bombardments during 24 hours; and the day before – of 112 bombardments. In its turn, Nagorno-Karabakh weekly reports ceasefire violations by Azerbaijan. In the period from January 14 to January 20, according to the Nagorno-Karabakh's MoD, 150 bombardments were recorded as delivered from the Azerbaijani side.
