In Sochi, ceiling collapses in cottage for Olympic settlers
A ceiling has collapsed in one of the new cottages built in Sochi for resettlement of city residents from the construction of Olympic facilities.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that residents of Sochi repeatedly stated about the abandoned houses constructed for "Olympic" settlers in the village of Vesyoloe and their misuse.
The incident occurred in No. 19 in Trubachov Street. Nobody was hurt during the accident, since there was no one in the house. As a result, furniture was destroyed and a plasma TV set was also broken, the "Max Portal" reports on August 18.
The house in which the incident occurred accommodated members of the Papazyan family. When they moved to a house in Trubachov Street, the developer, in addition to the documents for the real estate object and the land plot, issued a 5-year guarantee for the residential building.
However, troubles almost immediately started to occur in the house. For the first time, the ceiling in the house collapsed in the summer of 2014. Then the communal accident was not so extreme, and members of the family restored the order in the house on their own, the "Yugopolis" reports.
