Nagorno-Karabakh accuses Azerbaijan of 500 bombardments a week

On July 9-15, Azeri militaries violated the ceasefire in the Karabakh conflict zone for 500 times, by using mortars and grenade launchers, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) of Nagorno-Karabakh has stated.

On July 2-8, the above MoD counted 300 shelling acts committed by the Azerbaijani party.

On July 10, the above MoD announced the death of a military of its Defence Army as a result of shelling initiated from Azerbaijani positions. On July 11, a meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers took place in Brussels, which, according to political analysts, showed no progress towards conflict settlement.

On July 9-15, Azerbaijani militaries used small firearms, 82-mm mortars and heavy anti-tank grenade launchers, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports with reference to the Nagorno-Karabakh's MoD.

In its turn, the Azerbaijani MoD reports that on July 9-15, the Armenian party held everyday fire attacks, having committed 853 ceasefire violations.
