In Rostov-on-Don, deceived real estate shareholders hold protest flash mob

Today, more than 20 real estate shareholders of the residential complexes (RC) "European" and "Barrikadnaya", who consider themselves deceived, have gathered at the entrance to the building of the Legislative Assembly of the Rostov Region, where the session of the regional parliament was held with the participation of the Governor.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the deceived real estate shareholders repeatedly held protests in Rostov-on-Don. One of the recent actions was held in the form of a general rally of the real estate shareholders of six unfinished objects. According to organizers, the protest action gathered about 200 people. They demanded from the regional authorities to resolve the problem of completion of problem houses or return their invested money.

The participants of the today's protest action wore T-shirts with the slogans reading: "RC 'European' is a republic of deceived real estate shareholders" and "Deceived shareholder of RC 'Barrikadnaya'." Policemen copied passport data of some protestors and then left the place of the action.

Vyacheslav Belonozhko, a participant of a flash mob, has told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that the deceived real estate shareholders hold rallies since last spring. "They already held more than 11 protests, and during that period, no real solution to the problem was voiced, only some promises," said Vyacheslav Belonozhko.
