In Yeisk, supporter of Alexei Navalny arrested for 10 days

By a court decision, Alexander Safronov, one of the participants in the action held by supporters of opposition politician Alexei Navalny, who was detained in the city of Yeisk, was arrested for 10 days.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on June 12, many cities of Russia hosted actions of oppositionist Alexei Navalny's supporters. The actions were accompanied by mass detentions. On June 12, eight activists were detained in Yeisk. Five detained minors were released from the police, and activist Ksenia Seryodkina was fined by 10,000 roubles for violating the procedure for holding a public event.

Activists and advocates plan to challenge the courts' decisions, reports the regional office of Alexei Navalny.
