Sochi Court refuses to reconsider decision on eviction of family with many children
The birth of the third child and the recognition of another child as disabled is not a reason to reconsider the decision on eviction of a family with many children from temporary housing. This decision was pronounced by the court of Sochi.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 13, 2015, at the claim filed by the City Mayor's Office, the court of Sochi pronounced the decision to evict the Dyakov family with their children from an apartment of the manoeuvrable fund. The Dyakov spouses twice appealed to Mayor Anatoly Pakhomov with a request to provide social housing to them. However, they did not succeeded in achieving a positive solution.
Prior to moving to an apartment of the manoeuvrable fund, the Dyakov family members lived in a house, which was demolished during the construction of roads in preparation for the 2014 Sochi Olympic Games.
On February 8, the court denied the Dyakov family to review the court's decision about their eviction. Tatiana Dyakova and Fedor Dyakov intend to challenge the court's decision at a higher court.
According to the court order, the Dyakov spouses justified their request for review of the court's decision on their eviction of March 13, 2015, by the fact that their child was granted the status of a disabled person. Besides, the Dyakov family got the status of a family with many children.
