IS makes public pre-mortal video of Grozny militants

Prior to attacking policemen in Grozny, militants of the "Islamic State" (IS), a terrorist organization, banned in Russia, recorded a video, showing 11 persons swearing to the IS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, and calls to commit terror acts in Russia, including against civilians. Today, IS supporters have posted the video on the Internet.

The video shows 11 young people in front of the black IS flag; some of them are with knives. The figures of the three of them are retouched.

The authors of the appeal are calling to commit terror acts not only in Chechnya, but also in other Russian cities, including Volgograd.

The video ends with photos of killed policemen and bodies of perished militants.

The experts, interviewed by the "Caucasian Knot", believe that the attack on policemen and shootouts in Chechnya indicate the presence of people in the republic, who can activate for committing diversions, and who are dissatisfied with the actions of Chechen authorities.
