Defence states Gubashev's alibi on the day of Nemtsov's murder

On the day of the murder of Boris Nemtsov in Moscow, the car of Shagid Gubashev was far from the crime scene, said his advocate, referring to the data of the "Potok" (Flow) system. However, the prosecutor has objected, saying that in autumn of 2014 Gubashev repeatedly appeared in the territory of the settlement, where Nemtsov was.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 3, the Moscow District Military Court began considering the Nemtsov's murder case with the participation of the jury. At the today's session, the court questioned the mother of the defendants Shagid and Anzor Gubashev. She stated that her sons are innocent; they had never talked about Nemtsov; and they had no weapons.

In the course of the today's session the defender of Shagid Gubashev has presented to the jury the data of the "Potok" system, which had recorded the travels of the BMW car belonging to Shagid Gubashev. "The vehicle was never fixed in the places, where Boris Nemtsov had lived and worked," said the advocate.
