Yerevan: policeman wounded in seizure of police regiment building still in grave condition

As of July 21, Aram Ovannisyan and Gagik Mkrtchyan, two policemen, wounded during the seizure of the police regiment building in Yerevan, still stay at the hospital. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" at the Armenian Ministry of Health.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on July 17, supporters of the "Constituent Parliament" seized the building of the patrol-and-security service regiment of the police in Yerevan. During the seizure of the building, one policeman was killed, and other six persons were injured.

According to the physicians' estimates, Gagik Mkrtchyan still stays in difficult condition, and he is connected to an artificial respirator, report officials from the Armenian Ministry of Health.

According to the Armenian Ministry of Health, three other policemen, including Tigran Danielyan, Grach Khostergyan, and Vladimir Sirekanyan, who had been wounded during the seizure of the police regiment building, were discharged from medical institutions.

Tatul Tamrazyan, a wounded rebel, receives medical treatment at the medical centre "Erebuni", and the police watch him, notes an official from the Armenian Ministry of Health.
