Pensioner Dubovaya declares mistrust to court on case of her land plot in Sochi
A trial of the case about the land plot of pensioner Nina Dubovaya started in Sochi; in her land plot now high-rise building is erected. This is the third trial on Dubovaya's lawsuit – the pensioner is trying to return her previously owned land plot.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Nina Dubovaya lost ownership of her land plot in Poltavskaya Street after the plot was assigning several cadastral numbers. Now, a multi-storey apartment block has been erected in the plot in question. In July 2015, Dubovaya succeeded to return her plot, but in August 2015, the high-rise building was legalized.
On July 15, the Tsentralny District Court of Sochi began the third revision of the Dubovaya's civil case. The appointed judge had already ruled against Dubovaya and in favour of the second owner of the land plot.
The trial has attracted, as the second owner of the land plot, the man, who received the plot into ownership in March 2015 – when the case was under the second trial, which was won by Dubovaya. The Territorial Court found a violation of the rights of the new owner in his non-participation in the trial; therefore, the case was sent to another retrial.
At the first session, Nina Dubovaya said that she treats the new owner as a "front man" (counterfeiter). The latter said, in his turn, that his rights had been violated, and he co-owns the land plot on legal grounds.
The court has rescheduled the next session for July 22.
