Dialogue to resolve Karabakh conflict continues
The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Vardan Oskanian and Elmar Mamedjarov, will meet in Strasbourg on May 12-13, reported the Public Television of Armenia. To note, the second meeting between Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan Robert Kocharian and Ilkham Aliyev took place in Prague on April 28.
"We will continue the dialogue launched in Prague," Vardan Oskanian said, adding the second meeting between the presidents was more effective since the first one in December 2003 was of a familiarization nature. The presidents themselves gave a positive assessment of the meeting and voiced their readiness to continue the talks, the minister added.
