Press conference on 'Ulman's case' to be held in Moscow
The press conference titled "Crime Without Punishment? New Details, an Assessment of the Case on the Murder of Civilians by Special Operations Soldiers in Chechnya's Shatoy District in January 2002" will be held at the Independent Press Center on May 14. The participants in the press conference are Magomed Gandarov, the injured party's lawyer; Dzhalil Satabayev, a brother of Abdul-Vakhab Satabayev, a killed head of the teaching department at a school in the village of Nokhchi-Keloy; Svetlana Gannushkina, a Council member of the Human Rights Center Memorial and member of the Russian Presidential Commission on Human Rights; and Oleg Orlov, Council chairman of the Human Rights Center Memorial.
