PACE rapporteur on Karabakh conflict arrives in Baku
British MP Terry Davis, rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, arrived in Baku, Azerbaijan's capital, on February 25.
The purpose of his visit is to prepare a report on the Karabakh conflict by the PACE fall session.
Terry Davis is to meet with Azerbaijan's President Ilkham Aliyev, Azerbaijan political leaders and members of the Azerbaijan delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
Heads of the Council of Europe come out for the peaceful settlement of the Nagorny Karabakh conflict. Armenia and Azerbaijan assumed relevant obligations as preliminary conditions of their ascension to the Council of Europe.
