Seminar on resolution of armed conflicts in North Caucasus to be held in Moscow
A two-day seminar arranged by the Norwegian Center for Peacemaking and Conflict Studies with the assistance of the Russian-British Center for Peacemaking and Community Development will be conducted at the Andrey Sakharov Museum and Public Center on March 11-12.
It will be devoted to the issues of interaction between peacemaking and rights approaches to the resolution of problems and armed conflicts in the North Caucasus and, first of all, the war in the Chechen Republic.
