Zamoskvoretsky Court to consider complaint by mother of victim of terrorist act on Dubrovka
On February 17, the Zamoskvoretsky Intermunicipal Court of Moscow will consider a complaint by people suffered as a result of the terrorist act on Dubrovka against actions of investigative bodies in the course of the investigation into the criminal case.
Relatives of those who were killed are not satisfied with the quality of the examination made. The complaint was brought by the mother of a killed hostage Maria Panova. The woman insists that the second identification of the body be conducted and the cause of death be ascertained.
