A bomb exploded near the Teachers' training university in Makhachkala
A homemade explosive device was activated on September, 27, near V.I. Lenin monument located in front of the building of Dagestan State Teachers' training university (DSTTU) in the capital of Dagestan. A source in the Ministry of interior affairs of the republic reported today there were no victims of the explosion.
The incident happened at about 05:40 Moscow time in Yaragsky street, 57 of Makhachkala. The monument was insignificantly injured.
After the explosion the sappers inspected the surroundings of the university for detection of other homemade explosive devices but have not found any. The power of the explosion is currently being defined, RIA "Dagestan" reports.
