Militia dog handler injured in new explosions in Kabardino-Balkaria
In Elbrussky district of Kabardino-Balkaria, a road traffic safety inspection car was undermined today; while examining a crime scene, four more explosives were detected, two of them exploded, having injured a militia dog handler.
The incident with the explosion of a road traffic safety inspection car in Elbrussky district took place at 8.51am. At the moment of the accident, two militiamen were in the car and, according to early data, they were contused, "Interfax" reports.
Once four more explosive advices were found at the accident scene in Tyrnyauz, two of them exploded spontaneously. Type of explosive devices is being specified now, ITAR-TASS.
