Chechen power agents doubt of Doku Umarov's involvement in blowing up the "Neva-Express" train

The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Chechnya finds that the militants' statement about involvement of Doku Umarov's people in blowing up the "Neva-Express" to be just bluffing. However, their federal colleagues refrain from comments.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that one of the militants' resources placed a statement, in which militants of Northern Caucasus took responsibility for blowing up the "Neva-Express" train on November 27 this year. They called this terror act a link in the chain "of operations aimed to strike strategic objects in the territory of Russia."

According to a source from the Chechen MIA, the separatists' statement is just "another attempt to remind about themselves." "Now, Umarov is surrounded by a small group of militants; he can't give orders and coordinate his scattered bandit groups, as he's afraid to communicate," the source has added.

At the same time, as the ITAR-TASS reports, the check of the militants' statement will be held.
