Ingush woman states extrajudicial execution of her son

Relatives of Shamil Makhloev, 21, a resident of Ordzhonikidzevskaya village, state another extrajudicial punishment by power agents.

On August 22, the FSB Department for Ingushetia reported that, possessing information that militants were present in a private house at 34 Trudovaya Street, subsequently liquidated Shamil Makhloev in a skirmish.

Shamil Mahloev's mother Marem told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that on August 22 power agents rushed into their house, grasped her son, without any explanations and without presenting any documents, drove him out of the house and shot him dead near the shed right in her eyes.

According to her story, the power agents behaved aggressively. The Makhloevs believe that they were attacked by the so-called "Kadyrovtsy" and fighters of Russian power agencies.

According to family members, the power agents staged an injury of one of them. "After killing Shamil, they put one of them on a stretcher, demonstrating that he had been allegedly wounded. But I saw that power agent; all the time he stood near a tree in the kitchen garden; naturally, he could not receive any injury," said Marem Makhloevа.

The Makhloevs plan to complain against the actions of power agents to all law enforcement bodies and human rights organizations of the republic.

Marem Makhloevа has also told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that elders and religious figures, who usually come to the requiem ceremony and execute a certain farewell rite over the deceased person, refused to do it at the Makhloevs and refused whatsoever to attend the funeral.

"They told us that the prohibited them to attend funerals of murdered militants, and that they are afraid to break the order," said Ms Makhloevа.
