Explosion in Kabardino-Balkaria regarded as preparation of terror act
The cause of explosion in a garbage dump was detonation of a 1.5-litre plastic bottle filled with hexogen, sources at law enforcement bodies of Kabardino-Balkaria have informed. The bottle was planted into garbage that was taken out from the city district, where the buildings of law enforcement bodies are located.
The explosion took place when "Goszelenkhoz" (communal enterprise) workers were unloading the garbage. Two persons were killed: resident of Nalchik Leonid Levshin, 33, who was gathering scrap metal at the dump, and Hasan Kumakhov from Shalushka village, 51, worker of "Goszelenkhoz" Trust.
We remind you that in April unknown persons tried to set a military unit in Nalchik on fire, having thrown three bottles with flame liquid over the fence.
