Resident of Kabardino-Balkaria punished for his posts on social media

A court fined a resident of Kabardino-Balkaria, finding him guilty of calling for terrorist and extremist activity.

According to the law enforcement bodies’ information, a 23-year-old resident of the city of Baksan posted materials on a social network calling for terrorist and extremist activity.

The Central District Military Court fined the man and banned him from activities related to the administration of Internet websites for two years, the “Interfax” news agency reports with reference to the FSB.

Earlier, the “Caucasian Knot” has reported that in Rostov-on-Don, a military court fined a 23-year-old resident of Chechnya, finding him guilty of justifying terrorism in his posts on a social network.
